Welcome to another edition of eChook.
The Poultry Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) will fund up to two research projects during the 2013-2014 financial year, each up to the value of $100,000 (AUD) as part of the Poultry CRC Strategic Funding. The aim of the call is to encourage scientists to engage in innovative, fundamental research related to poultry science.
The criteria for applications:
- The proposal must be innovative, fundamental research related to poultry science,
- The duration of the project must not exceed two years,
- The budget must not exceed AUD $100,000 in total, excluding GST, and
- The principal investigator must come from an institute (anywhere in the world) with a proven track record in poultry research.

Applications must be signed by an authorised person in your organisation.
Applications received before 13 September or after 18 October will be rejected without notice.
